The most common phone repair we see is the screen. Made of glass, it is easy to break.

Charging ports on a lot of models are easily damaged and clogged. It is the one part the sees a lot of wear due to inserting and removing the charging cable.

A common thing we do see is the cable not going in all the way. This is most commonly due to dirt and pocket lent. Every time you put your phone in your pocket, you are pushing more and more lint and dirt in side that tiny hole for your charge port. You then plug your phone in, compacting that lint and dirt inside.

We offer to clean this out for free, as you can damage the small pins inside the port, if not done properly.

Your port can be damaged just by this dirt alone, unfortunately.  Don’t worry, we can fix that too.

“What was that?” or “you’re breaking up, I can’t hear you!”

We have all heard this before and it is frustrating!

Our microphones and speakers are protected by thin mesh covers with tiny, tiny holes. These holes clog with dust and dirt over time and your ear speaker clogs with your ear wax and dead skin, YUCK!

Even the slightest bit of water in a speaker or microphone can be the end of it though and that’s where your Tech Guru comes in!

Majority of newer phones will tell you in the settings if it is time to service your battery. Most of the time you just know. Here are some signs it is time for  new battery.

• Charge not lasting long
• Taking a long time to charge
• Phone is running slow
• Battery only charges to a certain percent

Back glass being cracked and broken leaves holes open for liquid and debris to get inside of your phone. We don’t need to explain what liquid can do to a phone, but did you know debris is just as harmful? Debris can have conductive material that may cause short circuits inside your device. It is best to repair your back glass as soon as possible.

Blurry, dots, lines, dark spots, but you just want to get that perfect shot?

No matter how much you clean your camera lens with your shirt tail, they will not go away? You have damaged the internal lens of your camera, and possibly the focus engine.

Broken camera lens glass on the rear? We can replace those, and recommend doing so as soon as possible, as to not cause damage to your camera.
