Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Phone and Tablet Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in phone and tablet repair and 2 years of customer service experience. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of devices, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair phones and tablets, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status and answering customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in phone and tablet repair.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
